Behandling av personuppgifter / Privacy Notice
I enlighet med Lindahls professionella ansvar respekterar vi din integritet och säkerställer att dina uppgifter behandlas med den sekretess och den respekt som situationen kräver.
Denna informationstext beskriver hur dina personuppgifter kommer att behandlas när du besöker www.businesslawchallenge.se ("Webbplatsen"), eller deltar i Business Law Challenge (”BLC”) som tävlande eller som BLC-ambassadör.
Informationstexten beskriver även vilka rättigheter du har som registrerad, samt hur du kontaktar Lindahl om du skulle ha frågor kring vår användning av dina personuppgifter.
De personuppgifter vi samlar in om dig
Vid besök av Webbplatsen
Vi samlar inte in andra personuppgifter om dig genom ditt besök på Webbplatsen än vad som framgår under rubriken ”Cookies” och ”Vid anmälan till BLC“ (i tillämpliga fall).
Vid anmälan till BLC
Vi samlar in de personuppgifter som efterfrågas vid tävlingsanmälan vilket omfattar namn, telefonnummer, e-postadress, universitet och termin på juristprogrammet. Vi samlar också in ditt resultat från urvalstestet som görs i samband med tävlingsanmälan och de ytterligare personuppgifter du själv väljer att lämna till oss, exempelvis genom att maila oss direkt.
När du går vidare som tävlande i BLC (deltävlingar och final) samlar vi, utöver ovan nämnda personuppgifter, in uppgifter om eventuella matpreferenser och en presentationsbild. Vad gäller BLC-ambassadörer samlar vi in uppgifter i form av namn, telefonnummer, e-postadress samt de eventuella uppgifter som du som BLC-ambassadör väljer att lämna till oss. Vidare förekommer fotografering och filmning av tävlingsdeltagare och BLC-ambassadörer under tävlingen.
Hur vi behandlar dina personuppgifter
När du anmäler dig till BLC behandlar vi dina personuppgifter grundat på vårt berättigade intresse av att marknadsföra BLC och Lindahl. Ändamålen med behandlingen är att administrera din anmälan till BLC, innefattande bl.a. hantering av urvalstestet, och att marknadsföra BLC och Lindahl.
När du går vidare som tävlande i BLC (deltävlingar och final) eller deltar i BLC i egenskap av BLC-ambassadör behandlar vi dina personuppgifter med stöd av ditt samtycke. Ändamålen med behandlingen är att administrera tävlingen och att marknadsföra BLC och Lindahl. Under tävlingen förekommer fotografering och filmning. Filmer och fotografier kommer att publiceras på våra sociala kanaler, exempelvis vår hemsida, Webbplatsen, Facebook, YouTube och Instagram. Uppgifterna kan även komma att användas för marknadsföring av framtida evenemang. Denna behandling för marknadsföringsändamål omfattas av ditt samtycke.
När du mailar oss eller på annat sätt kontaktar oss behandlar vi dina personuppgifter grundat på vårt berättigade intresse av att kunna kommunicera med dig och besvara den korrespondens vi får. Dina personuppgifter kommer att behandlas så länge som det är motiverat av sammanhanget för att besvara och hantera ditt meddelande.
Vi säljer inte, distribuerar eller på annat sätt gör dina personuppgifter tillgängliga för tredje part för kommersiella ändamål utan att du har samtyckt till det.
Hur dina personuppgifter kan komma att delas med andra parter
Lindahl använder IT-system och programvara från tredjepartsleverantörer. Det innebär att dessa leverantörer kan komma att behandla dina personuppgifter. Dock är leverantörerna personuppgiftsbiträden till oss och får endast behandla dina personuppgifter enligt våra instruktioner. Dina personuppgifter kan komma att överföras till USA genom Lindahls användning av Microsofts tjänster. Lindahl har säkerställt att dina rättigheter garanteras vid överföring till USA genom Microsofts anslutning till EU-US Privacy Shield. Mer information finns tillgänglig på www.privacyshield.gov. Vidare kan Lindahl också komma att överföra dina personuppgifter till boende- och hotelleverantörer samt rese- och transportarrangörer.
Vad gäller de personuppgifter som förekommer och behandlas på sociala medier så som Facebook, YouTube och Instagram hänvisar vi till respektive tjänsts policy för information om hur de behandlar personuppgifter.
Lagring
Dina personuppgifter lagras under så lång tid som krävs för att uppfylla det syfte för vilket personuppgifterna samlades in, i enlighet med denna informationstext, eller om du återkallar sitt samtycke (om tillämpligt). Personuppgifter som samlats in i samband deltagande i BLC lagras inte längre än två år efter ditt deltagande. Vidare, om vår lagring av dina personuppgifter baserat på ett samtycke kommer vi att radera dina personuppgifter

The personal data that we collect about you
When visiting our Website
We do not collect any other personal data about you besides what is set forth under the heading “Cookies” and “When signing up for BLC” below (if applicable).
When signing up for BLC
We collect the personal data requested when you sign up for BLC which consist of name, phone number, e-mail address, university and semester. We also collect your test results from the selection test carried out in connection with the sign up, as well as any personal data you choose to share with use, for example when you send emails to us..
For competitors and other participants
If you proceed to the competition and the final we also collect information about possible food preferences and a presentation picture. Regarding the BLC-ambassadors we collect personal data which consist of name, phone number, e-mail address as well as any other personal data you choose to share with use. Furthermore, photography and filming of competitors and BLC-ambassadors occur during the event
How we process your personal data
When you sign up for BLC, we process your personal data based on our legitimate interest in marketing BLC and Lindahl. The purposes of the processing are to administer your registration, including the administration of the test sample, and to promote BLC and Lindahl.
When you proceed as a competitor in BLC or participate as a BLC-ambassador, we process your personal data based on your consent. The purposes of the processing are to administer the competition and to promote BLC and Lindahl. During the competition, photography and filming occur for publication on our social channels, such as our website, the Website, Facebook, YouTube and Instagram. The information may also be used to promote future events. The processing is based on your consent. This processing for advertising purposes is comprised by your consent.
When you send us an email, we process your personal data based on our legitimate interest in communicating with you and answering the incoming correspondence we receive. Your personal data will be processed if it is required by the context and to administer our communication with you.
We do not sell, distribute or in other ways make your personal data available for third parties for commercial purposes without your consent.
How your personal data may be shared
Lindahl uses IT systems and software provided by third party suppliers. This means that these suppliers may process your personal data. However, the suppliers are our data processors and may only process your personal information according to our instructions. Your personal data may be transferred to USA through Lindahl’s use of Microsoft’s services. Lindahl has ensured that your rights are guaranteed before making such transfer to USA by Microsoft’s and adherence to EU-US Privacy Shield. More information is available at www.privacyshield.gov. Furthermore, Lindahl may also transfer personal data to housing and hotel suppliers, as well as to travel and transportation agencies.
Regarding the personal data being published on social media such as Facebook, YouTube and Instagram we refer to each media’s privacy policies for further information about their processing of personal data.
Storage time
Your personal data is stored only for as long as there is a need to keep the data in order to fulfil the purposes for which the data was collected in accordance with this Privacy Notice, or if you withdraw your consent (if applicable). Personal data collected in connection with you participating in BLC will be stored for no longer than two years after the date of your participation.
