Per Hedman is a partner and active in the Stockholm office since 2009.
Per specialises in M&A and private equity, including venture capital. Per has as extensive experience of Swedish and international transactions in areas such as logistics, chemicals, life sciences and telecom, and has, inter alia, represented private equity companies and foreign listed companies.
Per has also developed a practice focusing on life sciences companies. Per’s practice includes advice on alliances and joint ventures, license agreements, research agreements and supply agreements, as well as on regulatory matters.
Per Hedman is a member of the Swedish Bar Association since 2005.
