Eva-Maj specialises in EU/competition law and public procurement and regularly advices on merger antitrust proceedings as well as on antitrust and regulated sectors. She has advised on some of the largest public procurement matters in Sweden and she has a broad experience in representing public authorities in general and contentious matters.
Her practice also includes commercial dispute resolution, where she mainly focuses on court litigation. For instance he has represented a gas company involved in a competition cartel matters and presently advises on two high-profile matters concerning state aid issues arising as a consequence of public founding.
