Bo is a partner at Lindahl's Stockholm office since 2010.
Areas of practice:
Bo heads the arbitration and general litigation practice at the Stockholm office.
Bo has acted as counsel, party-appointed arbitrator or chairman in over 200 commercial cases, of which approximately half have been of an international character and conducted in the English language.
Bo's experience includes:
Investment disputes, involving states and state bodies. Disputes over finance and insurance matters involving banks and insurance companies, and multinational industrial corporations disputes involving M&A contracts, joint ventures and complex deliveries.
He is regularly involved in East-West and other international arbitrations in Stockholm and abroad, and has a working knowledge of Russian.
He has represented several fellow commercial lawyers in proceedings involving themselves and their firms.
