Ulf specialises in IP law, an area in which he has extensive experience of litigation and commercial agreements regarding patents, trademarks, designs and trade secrets. Ulf's focus is on patent matters in fields such as pharmaceuticals, bio technology, electronics and mechanics. Ulf has litigation and arbitration experience, as counsel as well as arbitrator.
Ulf is an honorary member of the Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (SFIR) and has received the Award of Merit from the international organization, AIPPI. He is also a member of other IP associations i.a. EPLAW, TIPLO, the Swedish Competition & Market Law Association and the Swedish Copyright Society.
Ulf has co-authored several international IP publications, such as the Swedish sections in "Patent Litigation" (Sweet & Maxwell) and "International Intellectual Property Litigation" (Sweet & Maxwell).
Ulf is ranked as a "Leading Individual" in IP and media by Legal 500, "Leading Individual" in IP and Life Sciences by PLC Which Lawyer, and in Band 1 in IP and in Band 3 in Life Sciences by Chambers Europe
