Mattias has key expertise in corporate law, commercial contracts and M&A. Mattias is a member of Lindahl's Corporate Finance and Life Sciences groups. He has worked extensively with R&D intensive companies and has considerable experience of ownership matters/shareholders' agreements and joint venture and project agreements. Mattias also has substantial experience of software-related law including e-service and software licences.
