Martin specialises in employment law and dispute resolution. Martin is particularly experienced in international employment law. He litigates in employment disputes and also in workplace accidents. He advises on all manner of employment law, including restructuring, benefits, discrimination and business secrets.
Martin is secretary of the Employment Law Association and has written articles on employment law in publications such as Lag & Avtal, Bonniers Affärsjuridiska Handbok and Styrelsehandboken. He regularly lectures on employment law.
