Marianne specialises in intellectual property (trademarks, designs, patent/biotech, copyright) and marketing law and personality rights. She is a member of the European Commission's Scientific Committee for Designations of Origin, Geographical Indications and Certificates of Specific Character, chairman of the Swedish Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property and professor in civil law. Marianne has also been an expert on committees concerning intellectual property and marketing law.
