Johan's clients range from small start-ups to major international corporations, primarily in the telecom, IT and life-science sectors. He advises on contracts, corporate law and issues relating to acquisitions. Much of Johan's work has an international dimension. He is a member of the TMT and Corporate Finance groups and is managing partner at the Malmö office.
