Helena specialises in public procurement and dispute resolution.
Helena has written several articles concerning public procurement and she lectures on litigation at the University of Gothenburg and on procurement law in various settings. Helena was an expert member of the committee appointed to examine the opportunities for the electronic exchange of information between public authorities.
