Erik is Managing Partner at Lindahls Stockholm office. Before becoming Managing Partner, he was head of Lindahl's TMT group (telecom, technology, IT and media) and has more than 20 years' experience of negotiating, drafting, interpreting, applying and disputing agreements. He also advises on M&A in the TMT field.
