Bengt has many years' experience of Swedish and international agreements, dispute resolution and litigation, and general business law. He has worked on behalf of the Swedish Bar Association on commentaries to legislative proposals such as the companies act. Bengt heads the Commercial Dispute Resolution group and has extensive experience of dispute resolution, litigation and arbitration.
Additional languages: basic Russian, French and German, spoken and written.
Bengt is a member of the Scientific Institute of the Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law.
