Lindahl's infrastructure group has extensive experience of advising buyers, providers, consultants, contractors and financiers from the public and private sectors.

We have leading expertise in procurement, construction and the environmental issues associated with infrastructure projects and have advised on major infrastructure projects including airports, ports, railways, roads, bridges and tunnels. In addition, Lindahl advises clients on mergers and acquisitions, restructuring and project financing.

Negotiating and drafting contracts; adapting and negotiating industry standard agreements such as FIDIC, Orgalime, NL, AB, ABA, ABT, ABK and SSG; planning and preparing RFPs and quotations, advising on the procurement process and during project implementation and the warranty period, and clarifying liability issues are all a natural part of our work. Lindahl also has solid experience in PPP projects and privately financed joint ventures, and has a sound grasp of the associated commercial issues.
