Lindahl has advised Scope Growth II on its investment in Norwegian company Wright Trafikkskole AS
Scope Growth II has acquired approximately 65 per cent of the shares in the Norwegian driving school Wright Trafikkskole AS. Wright Trafikkskole AS has 17 offices in Norway and 80 employees. The turnover for 2009 was approximately SEK 100 million.
