Convertible rights issue by LinkMed for SEK 84.9 million
LinkMed AB, listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm Small Cap, has carried out a guaranteed convertible rights issue. The convertible rights issue has furnished LinkMed with approximately SEK 84.9 million before expenses for the issue.
The convertible instruments have been listed on NASDAQ OMX Stockholm. The first day of trading was 18 January 2010.
LinkMed's business idea is to implement investments in companies within the Life Science sector.
Lindahl advised LinkMed on the acquisition of capital, primarily through advokat Gunnar Mattsson (responsible partner) and Mårten Steen.
