Lindahl assists ABB in acquisition of share in CGM AB

Lindahl has represented ABB in connection with an investment in the CGM Group AB in Borås. The investment was made to further strengthen ABB's offer in operator efficiency. CGM develops and manufactures advanced control room environments for 24-hour operation, 7 days a week.

Lindahl's team consisted of Mats Tindberg, responsible partner (Corporate Finance), Petter Ingelshed, project manager (Corporate Finance), Julia Skoog (Corporate Finance), Hanna Tilus (IP), Erik Brändt (EU and Competition) and Richard Perez (Property).
